Presenter and internet sensation Emily Hartridge is the founder of the worldwide hit YouTube show ‘10 Reasons Why’. Taking a wry, witty look at the world we live in Emily’s weekly show, which broadcasts every Monday on YouTube, exploring a whole range of issues from why men cheat, to why you shouldn’t diet and why you should get drunk at work!
With over 3 million viewers a month and having been referred to as ‘the latest internet sensation’ by Cosmopolitan, LOOK Magazine and the Mail Online, Emily’s show has been picked up internationally, including Australia where she featured on the country’s flagship morning show, Good Morning Australia. She has interviewed some of the world’s biggest movie stars including Russell Brand (they famously ended the interview in a cake fight), Hugh Jackman, Amanda Seyfried and Eddie Redmayne and her highest viewed video on Youtube has received over 22 million hits.
Emily recently fronted the 4OD show ‘Oh Sh*t I’m 30’ which investigates the pressure of hitting ‘30’, with each episode tackling a different subject including work/life balance, aging and exploring your sexuality in your 30s.
She also has a huge interest in mental health & fitness. Following a very difficult period, she turned her life around and now makes it her mission to remove the stigma surrounding anxiety and depression. One of the positive outcomes of her breakdown, was that she found a love of fitness and is now a fitness enthusiast and fully qualified personal trainer. She has since created a new Youtube show called ‘Think Outside The Gym’ where she offers people fitness altnernatives if they don’t like the gym.
