TV and radio presenter Maya Jama is currently dominating the screen. Hot off the heels of her co-hosting role on ITV’s ‘Cannonball’, Maya has returned to our screens as the host of ‘Revolution’, showing on Sky One. Before then, she was co-hosting ‘I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp’ alongside Scarlett Moffat and Joel Domett. This, of course, follows her original 5Star documentaries ‘Swipe Right For Sex’ and ‘When Dads Kill’.
In December, Maya returned to the airwaves as the newest member of the Radio 1 family. Meanwhile, following from her hosting duties backstage at the 2017 MTV EMAs, Maya hosted the MOBO Awards in Leeds. Maya worked closely with the BRITS in 2017, hosting their Pre Brits Party, and hosting a live Facebook stream from the Red Carpet also.
On top of her television duties, Maya is an ambassador Maybelline, and for Adidas and the face of the latest Ministry of Sound album. Maya also presented ‘When Life Gives You Melons’, a podcast with lingerie brand Freya, voted one of the Top 5 podcasts on iTunes.
She has worked with brands such as Ebay, Gap, Keilhs, Nandos, ASOS, H&M and Sony to name a few, and has large social numbers with an engaged audience & over 550k Instagram, 210k on Twitter . Maya has received recognition by London Evening Standard’s prestigious influencer list The Progress 1000, an annual list of key influencers across all industries.
