Personal trainer and fitness influencer Bradley Simmonds has gone from strength to strength over the last 3 years. Bradley has become a huge social media sensation, providing fitness enthusiasts around the world with new work out routines and motivational posts on a daily basis.
His positive attitude and unique style has also caught the eye of sportsmen, olympians, musicians and celebrities; adding to Bradley’s already credible reputation.
Bradley’s introduction to fitness comes from his background as a professional footballer for clubs such as Chelsea FC and Queens Park Rangers. From there he learnt from the best nutritionists and strength and conditioning coaches, which inspired him in his pursuit for a new career as a personal trainer, 3 years ago aged 20.
Several years on, Bradley has become an ambassador for brands such as Adidas, Lucozade, TAG Heuer and Maxi Muscle. He trains the likes of John Terry, Theo Walcott, Louise Redknapp and other A listers. His debut book “Get it Done’ has been published, and made it into the Sunday Times Top 10 for Food and Drink. Bradley has gone on to be announced as GQ’s fitness columnist for 2019!
