Everyone has some relationship with exercise. Whether it’s their first memories of PE as a child, their first sports day, or maybe how they came to exercise later in life. It’s fascinating how people’s relationship to exercise can change throughout time, and how it can be everything from a saviour in times to toughness, to a harmful form of self punishment.
My own journey with exercise has been a complicated one, and it’s my incentive to dissect people’s approach to exercise, discuss their own journey’s and along the way draw inspiration and motivation from some of the leading voices within the health and wellness industry.
