Will is best known for being part of the expert team of craftsmen on BBC’s The Repair Shop. He joined the show when it first aired in 2017 and has gone on to present a further nine series. During his time working on the programme, he has also had the pleasure of being part of their Windrush and NHS specials as well as their one-off special The Repair Shop, A Royal Visit which won a BAFTA for Best Daytime Show in 2023.

In 2022 Will co-hosted the RTS Award Winning BBC daytime series, The Travelling Auctioneers, alongside auctioneer expert Christina Trevanion. The series saw Will and Christina travel across the UK unearthing hidden gems and turning unwanted items into winning lots that could sell across the globe. Will was also part of the launch team on the BBC flagship show, Morning Live, providing audiences with top tips and expert advice on how to care for furniture and trinkets already in our homes.

Will’s passion and interest in furniture started in his childhood where he spent many hours watching his grandfather, a carpenter, working in his workshop. He went on to study BA Graphic Design at the University of the Arts, followed by graduating with a BA in Antique Furniture Restoration and Conservation at London Metropolitan University (formally known as London School of Furniture) where he honed his skills and gained a deeper knowledge of furniture restoration and conservation.

He set up his own London based workshop in 2012 and has since worked on a variety of commissions from much-loved family heirlooms to larger corporate contracts. He is an ambassador for the Hertiage Crafts Association and is passionate about building a sustainable framework for the future of traditional crafts around the world.

2024 is set to be an exciting year for Will with the release of his debut book, Restore, which is set to be published by Ebury in July.
